Website enquiries
When you send a form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message you provide. Article enquiry forms also identify the article you were reading so we can respond in context. We use these details to answer your request and discuss services you ask about, including steps before entering into an engagement. Please avoid including identification documents, bank details or other sensitive records in an initial enquiry.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered using Resend and our email systems. These providers process information needed to host the site, deliver enquiries and maintain security. Clicking a WhatsApp or external booking link takes you to a third-party service governed by its own privacy notice. We do not sell enquiry details.
Analytics and preferences
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select Accept analytics. It helps measure visits, pages viewed and interactions such as enquiry submissions and contact-button clicks. Form text, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not included in our analytics events. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie preferences at the bottom of this website. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
Your analytics choice and display theme may be stored locally in your browser. Hosting providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your information.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the request, any resulting engagement and applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your correspondence or to request deletion where applicable.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to relevant processing. You can withdraw consent to optional analytics at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. Tax updates
If you request tax updates, we use your email for that request. You can ask us to stop by replying to an update or emailing us. A website enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
